Spencer Tarring took this familiar idea and turned it on its head, much like the approach he’s taken with his quickly expanding music career. Instead of New York, the UK native’s first step was to conquer the thriving international dance music scene in Shanghai, winning Shanghai’s Best DJ Award for two consecutive years.
